"From the minute we interviewed Christa and Loft Properties during our selection process for an agency to sell our home, we were impressed by their professional and personal approach. Their use of the drone shot, superimposed floor plan and video gives a classy and exclusive approach to advertising a home. Christa was under pressure from the get go as we had already signed a contract on our next purchase which meant we needed a contract ASAP ! Christa delivered in every way. They had open homes, contacted their database and followed all leads with constant feedback. They were under a lot of pressure to help us pull together a miracle and they did just that . With a lot of determination and a very straight forward no nonsense negotiation they had a contract within 3 weeks. Christa has a great personal, honest and down to earth approach and was a great listener as well as offering up to date local market knowledge. We are absolutely grateful that we chose Christa and Loft Properties who delivered what they promise. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and in such a competitive market they are definitely outstanding. Thanks for helping our dream come true we couldn’t have done it without you. "Christa and the Loft Properties team had three offers on our home within 24 hours of listing. The photography, walk through software and video were of exceptional standard and exceeded all expectations. Their modern approach to marketing using social media was an eye opener and worked exceptionally well. The Loft Properties team helped us navigate several issues and negotiations and handled it all with a professional approach. I would not hesitate to recommend or to use Christa and Loft Properties again."

"After having multiple agents within the area appraise our property, Christa believed in our property and provided the best outcome for us. Christa and their team were approachable, kept us informed and very knowledgeable about the area. Our home sold on our first open home and above our expectations Would highly recommend Christa and their team at Loft Properties."
